I have to take it there since I purchased the vehicle from there per their warranty. This last experience was awful. I had windshield wipers that just stopped working. I made the appointment, told them I needed a loaner and get the, no loaner. I live 25 minutes away and at this point, it’s snowing and unsafe. Gentleman has the nerve to ask me if I want to resechedule when they have a loaner. I dropped it off and got a loaner from the local enterprise. I dropped it off on a Tuesday. I called several times over the course of 4 days looking for an update and never got one until I finally called and said my car was ready and this to was on Friday. All for wipers. No communication per the usual from these people. In the past, they have said it’s because I didn’t make an appointment and I always make an appointment. So much for GM certified service. This place needs to clean house and start from scratch with their employees because this place is a wreck. Poorly run. More
Terrible Took my car in on a Tuesday morning left it with them. Had to keep calling them to see what the status was on my vehicle on to never get a return call Took my car in on a Tuesday morning left it with them. Had to keep calling them to see what the status was on my vehicle on to never get a return call. They kept my car for 3 days and no one had the courtesy to even call and tell me what was going on. I finally get a call at the end of the business day only to be told that they didn't know what was going on with my car... My experience was terrible and I would never recommend any to their service department. They are under staffed. Even after telling them I needed my car back before 3pm to pick up my daughter they still had me wait over and hour after keeping my car 3 days.... I will say there was one lady who tried to help for all the good it did she tried to make sure the persons in the service department answered their phone when I called although no ever did. I couldn't and won't recommend them to anyone.... More

The WORST dealership experience I have ever had I walked into this place and was greeted by the salesman sitting right next to the door. Obviously they were not busy at that time. The individual who I walked into this place and was greeted by the salesman sitting right next to the door. Obviously they were not busy at that time. The individual who greeted me asked what I was looking for and I told him. He walked me through some extremely high prices on a vehicle and I told him that I knew the current prices that vehicles were going for, and he played the game of having to go talk to the sales manager to see "what they can do". He came back with figures that were barely different than the first ones. We talked a bit more and I asked him if he could go to a certain price. This is where things turned sour. He told me that he did not want to bother the sales manager again because "their time is extremely valuable". I apologize that I was not worthy enough to ask for a better price. At this point, I was not feeling up to lease a vehicle any more from this place, but I calmly worked with the sales associate to see if there was a better priced option for me. He asked me again what I was looking to pay and I told him. He then proceeded to tell me to initial on a piece of paper that I would walk out that night if i got that price. At this point, I had only looked at a showroom model of the vehicle and really had no idea what I was initialing on a piece of paper for so I refused to write my initials. At that point, the associate told me I should just leave then. I have never been disgraced so much for inquiring on a car lease. I was trying to stay loyal to Chevy as a current Chevy owner, but unfortunately, my horrible experience took me over to Westborn Chrysler where the sales staff was way more inviting and helpful. That night I leased a vehicle priced at $10,000 more than the one at Matick for $50 less a month. I am thankful that I left George Matick Chevrolet that night, for any future experience would probably be the same. I am sorry to any other sales staff that are better than Alex, but hopefully this bad egg doesn't spoil the bunch. If you are looking for a great salesman, please see Matthew Moore at Westborn Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM. More
Buyer beware My 2007 Ford F-150 lariats trans quit right in the parking lot of the dealership. I said I’m done with ford and wanted a new Chevy. The dealer put a s My 2007 Ford F-150 lariats trans quit right in the parking lot of the dealership. I said I’m done with ford and wanted a new Chevy. The dealer put a single mom Of 4, in a sonic. Not only a sonic with a Ridiculous payment because he knew I was stuck, and only gave me $2000 for my truck when kbb was $6000. The sonic he sold me had over 700 miles on it, but wrote less then 500 on the paperwork. He also told me he would get my cds out, he didn’t. The first 3 months I brought the car back on 6 different occasions for multiple things including the windows falling off the track on the passenger side, of you opened the front and rear passenger doors, then shut the back first, you couldn’t open the doors. If you turned the air on, it stunk so bad. The doors didn’t align and it was obvious it was damaged without disclosing it to me. The first 2 years, the sonic has gone in over 1O times for things just randomly breaking. I started going to a different dealership because every time I came in, I was made to feel I was being a problem and making small issues into large ones. The last visit, the manager tried to make it up to me by giving me less then what I owed on my car and putting me into a vehicle that was double the payment. I have to say over all, my 2 year experience with them has been xxxx. I was always talked down to and never given any answers. With the doors, the service manager claimed it was just how Sonics were built and tried to belittle me. I made him bring me keys to other Sonics and opened and shut doors, they opened without any issues. I showed him mine, the doors would not open. He took my keys and told me to talk to the advisor. Last he ever talked to me. It took 3 different week long trips in the dealer to get the doors completely rectified. This isn’t even the top of the iceberg, but some examples. Please do not support this company, you will regret it. More
Best Dealership in town! I had a very pleasant experience at George Matick Chevrolet, but it wasn't the dealership that made my experience not only pleasant, but exceptional. I had a very pleasant experience at George Matick Chevrolet, but it wasn't the dealership that made my experience not only pleasant, but exceptional. I had the privilege (truly, it was a privilege) of working with Brent Hegwood in finding a vehicle that would best suit my needs. During this process, I never doubted Brent. I never felt like I was working with a salesman, I felt like I was working with an old friend. I would absolutely recommend George Matick Chevrolet to my best friend, my grandma, or a stranger I met on the street. Above that, I would recommend that they ask for Brent, because I know that they would get the best service possible. More

Buyer beware of their disceptive sales tactics. We went in today to lease a new Chevy Cruze and it was a weird, bad experience that wasted over 4 hours. They first tried to jump from $59/month TV ad price to $90/month. When questioned they went back to $68/month on the model we chose. Once we were ready to sign the GM Financial lease they did not disclose a new $395 Disposition Fee (an add on fee if we did not lease another GM vehicle at end of this lease). Jack the sales manager was a jerk and told us that another customer would take that vehicle tomorrow if we did not sign the lease today. I called GM Financial, who confirmed that the Disposition Fee was dealer optional. We have a current GM Financial lease that does not have that add on fee. I then asked for my down payment check back and told them I will never do business with them. We have 3 other leases in our household and they did not value our business. We felt they were disceptive along the process and could not to be trusted. Make sure you read the fine print and ask for clarification on all lease figures quoted. This was the worst car buying experience ever. More
