Thank you for the opportunity to speak to your concern, which is a completely valid one. Every day our team finds solutions for customers with all types of credit situations and budget needs. We do so honestly. When we initially provide a quote for a new or pre-owned vehicle we do so by presenting a clear proposal with financing payments using interest rate estimates based on good credit. We don't believe it is right to invasively ask about one's credit situation, or make assumptions, unless our guest brings up that concern before we ever give that proposal. At the bottom of every quote/proposal we give or send to guests, it has a disclaimer that reads "Initial quotes are based on A+/A1 credit approval and are not a guarantee for financing. The final terms of your transaction may differ depending on the actual terms of the financial institution's acceptance, rebate qualifications, delivery date, and are negotiable. Every effort is made for accuracy, however prices and availability may change without notice or with technical error." Truly, we would never want to misrepresent or use any 'bait and switch' tactics. We simply don't want to assume high interest rates or high prices for our guests arbitrarily. In your situation, after we sent your desired vehicle, payment and terms to our lender partners, we weren't able to secure the same interest rates. The comments that you are making in this post were much more flagrant, disrespectful, offensive and disruptive to our operations in person yesterday. In an effort to diffuse the situation and to have you exit peacefully, we waived the inspection fees and advised you that we would provide you a copy of the final invoice once it was completed. We do not have an email address on file for Ms. Price, so we have mailed a physical copy to the address we have attached to her file. It should be noted, that we have no idea how, when, or where the coolant stop leak was put into the vehicle. All we know is that it is there now, we didn’t install it and we haven’t seen, diagnosed, or made any repairs to your vehicle since your last visit on December 13, 2019. The complaint at that time was “ Coolant smell inside the vehicle”. We were unable to verify the concern and did not attempt any repairs at that time. The complaint yesterday was “ no heat, blower motor not working and doesn’t seem to work unless on high speed”. We 100% respect our guests and want nothing more than to provide an excellent customer experience each and every time. Obviously, we were unable to do that in this instance. Thank you for your post.

xxxx yeah I was mad. When someone tell you that you did something to your vehicle and you know you didn’t. My warranty covered everything only a idiot would have sabotage a contract like mine. Your lying. Bo was my service advisor when I brought the vehicle in for service back in 2019. And I stipulated then NO HEAT. I’m standing by what I said and posted. Per conversation yesterday with Mark, “it had to be closed out before I could receive a copy”. I was there at 5 pm yesterday and you happen to close it out this morning and mailed me a copy already you just open for service.
