You should honor your quotes. I was given a quote and when my credit was ran. I was told I needed a co signer, I got approved and then I was told I needed more money . The quote said nothing about paymen when my credit was ran. I was told I needed a co signer, I got approved and then I was told I needed more money . The quote said nothing about payments may change due to credit history. All that should be on the quote, that’s the reason to give a quote. The service was awesome until they didn’t honor their quote. Was going to give you guys the business but they are not honest about their prices. More
Beware of this dealership. I purchased a 2008 Buick LaCrosse with 83000 in October 2018. Upon purchasing the vehicle I bought a vehicle service contract. After signing the contract and taking delivery LaCrosse with 83000 in October 2018. Upon purchasing the vehicle I bought a vehicle service contract. After signing the contract and taking delivery of the vehicle I was told that I needed to come back to the dealership and they were going to save me more money. These idiots wanted me to cancel the purchase contract and sign a new one. They told me I had to either put more money down or cancel the service contract. I told them xxxx no a deal is a deal. Fast forward Dec 2019, I took my vehicle to matick Chevy service because the engine light was on and the heat was not working they told Me they didn’t find anything wrong with my vehicle but miraculously the heat was working again. Now it’s Feb 2021 I took my car back to the dealership and they are now telling me I have some type of blocker in the heater core that I put in it. I told them you all could not diagnose this a year ago with the same issues but now my service contract is not honored. What person that is smart enough to buy a service contract 3 yr 45000 that cover everything except brakes. Is dumb enough to put something in their vehicle that could void their contract. After getting into it with the service guy Mark I told him to give me my vehicle back immediately upon doing so I asked for the paperwork that stated what was wrong with my vehicle. These idiots gave me 2 pieces of paper with handwritten notes on it. I then said where is the computerized printout with matick Chevy letterhead on it. The service guy Mark stated he could not give me anything until it was closed out. I then told him I want to pay for the mechanics labor and diagnostics. This arrogant xxx told me they don’t need my money I said who give out free diagnostics at dealerships. This man refused to allow me to pay and refused to give me a printout. Please beware of this dealership they are crooks. And there is no other way to explain this. More

Been a while, but it's still true. Bought a used Jetta. Been a while, but it's still true. Bought a used Jetta. It got as far as my driveway and died. After 2 hours getting bounced around on the phone w Been a while, but it's still true. Bought a used Jetta. It got as far as my driveway and died. After 2 hours getting bounced around on the phone while my daughter cried, they finally said they'd fix it. The car I paid them thousands for needed a new engine. That took more than 2 weeks. 5 days later, it died again. They told me that I can't expect a car to actually run when I buy it from Matick. Another couple hours on the phone (while my daughter cried) and they relented again. This time it was various worn-out parts connected to the engine, which they reused from the old one, and the used-up plugs from the junkyard engine they used the first time. This also took over 2 weeks. It very shortly died again. Phone for hours again, daughter crying, begging, arguments, threats, they finally gave in again. THIS time, they couldn't even figure it out. They kept the car for THREE weeks this time, then they said come get it, we don't know how to fix it. When I got there, no one even knew where the car was. The one in charge sent it to an outside shop and didn't bother telling anyone. The new place had it running in a day and a half, proving that Matick mechanics aren't worth crap. We've given up on this xxxxshow. The car has gone to a real mechanic 4 more times. I've shelled out about 2 grand, and I still need to disconnect the battery when it's parked or it'll die The only positive in this was the rental car office. ONE person managed to put forth some customer service effort, and that's because they only had to fill in a few boxes and hand me the keys. Needless to say, I'm not going back. Needless to say, George Matick doesn't give a xxxx. More
