My daughter was at Wayne State and realized she had a flat tire. This was her first, so to say she was upset and frazzled would be an understatement. We called Matick Chevrolet where we purchased the car flat tire. This was her first, so to say she was upset and frazzled would be an understatement. We called Matick Chevrolet where we purchased the car from, knowing we, thankfully, purchased the protection plan, and by God's gracious hand, Leslie Coleman, answered our call and plea for help! Leslie was calm, helpful, organized, responsive and worked with a sense of urgency, to the point you would have thought it was her daughter stranded in a Subway parking lot scared, worried and anxious about getting to class on time. Although we were in panic, Leslie was not and orchestrated the rescue mission! She found a tire, even when one was not in stock at her location and scheduled an appointment SAME DAY, so my daughter's life was not interrupted (which is next to impossible for a working college student). But more importantly to us, she was calm, helpful, supportive and reassuring, made Ava a priority, and handled business at the same time! A true Angel right here on earth who I am still thanking God for. But the thankfulness did not stop there. Demetrius Cole was the tech who changed Ava's tire, took time to show her inflation kit, and was patient and kind. From start to finish, this whole process was seamless, smooth and managed by two amazing people who I will probably NEVER stop talking about. With this one interaction, it is beyond clear to my family that their job is not JUST a job, but a passion they take seriously and live out every day what it means to be a kind and caring human! Which this world needs more of! More
