Thoroughly disappointing. I had been a very loyal Matick customer for more than 10 years, leasing multiple vehicles during that timeframe. The experiences have often left me not completely satisfied, but I stuck with them for convenience. However, the latest incident was the final straw for me to decide to take my family & I to take our business elsewhere. I arranged a 9am appointment for my daughter to lease a new vehicle. She did not leave the dealership until 3pm! (I did make a minor error in paperwork which added approximately 30 minutes to the process, but the other 5.5 hours were the dealer's fault). After spending the equivalent of an entire work day there, we were charged for a key and mats for a vehicle we traded in which we later delivered & explained at the time of purchase/trade that we would deliver in approximately 2 weeks. During a previous purchase/lease, we were billed for a disposition fee despite leasing another vehicle, which was only corrected after a lengthy dispute with GM (letters, emails, phone calls, & social media posts). I have never worked with a friendlier or more helpful representative at a dealership than Ralph Yager. There was no pressure in the sale, and I felt he had my best interests at heart. Worked out a deal on line over the week. Told sales person Wednesday I would be there at 9:00 Friday. car was still being washed. I was expecting to be in and out sense most of the info was done. I just think this process could be more efficient. Car was missing the cargo net cargo cover and coin tray. Yes the car had 4500 miles but the oil was not even freshly changed.The transmission was leaking fluid when I got home. Maybe it happened on my 5 hour ride home maybe no. Shelby and Kate are very nice and helpful and great to work with. More

The service department is skilled compared to other dealer service departments. I’ve been having a chronic issues with my newer vehicle. Christy was my tech rep who checked me in. She took the time to really listen to my explanation of what was wrong with my car. There were many things going on with the vehicle. But she listened and I appreciate that. She wrote down what I told her and got my car in right away. She kept me abreast of what was going on with the vehicle as it was being checked and repaired by the service man. She called my phone, she left text messages, and she even sent me emails--all in an effort to keep me aware of my car's repair status. I also appreciated that she offered me a great discount as my overall bill was massive. Secondly, I am so happy with the workmanship of your repair guys. They did a great job! All of the main areas of concern were fixed and my car runs a thousand times better. Marvelous! More
