Three services visits that spanned 10 weeks from August 2024 to November 2024. Requested on November 27 2024 for dealer owner to call me. No call received. Filed three cases with GM since issue with vehicle not resolved and is a potential safety issue. GM reached out to the dealership and requested that they contact me. Dealership has not contacted me. I reached out to the dealership on March 24 2025 with no response and on June 19 2025. No response from the dealership. I submitted an incident report with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). I would advise anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle to avoid this dealership. More
