Another EXCELLENT Experience I was having issues with my 2015 Versa Note. It was making a grinding noise and then it began to stall. I called up and spoke to Barbara, who is alway I was having issues with my 2015 Versa Note. It was making a grinding noise and then it began to stall. I called up and spoke to Barbara, who is always very nice and she worked with getting me in as soon as possible. I arrived on Saturday morning and Keri was waiting for me :) She asked all the right questions, as she always does. After a short time she came back to inform me that it was my transmission and took me back to meet the technition Maddie that was working on my car. She decided that it would be best to set me up with a loaner instead of having me sit around. I then had the pleasure of meeting Chelsey who set me up with the loaner. All 3 made what could have been an unpleasant experience bearable. George Harte Nissan is VERY lucky to have them as part of their team.
