A smooth buying experience I recently purchased a certified used Nissan Altima from Harte Nissan in West Haven. We found the car on the website of Harte Nissan in Hartford and I recently purchased a certified used Nissan Altima from Harte Nissan in West Haven. We found the car on the website of Harte Nissan in Hartford and called them to see if the car we were interested in could be shipped down to the West Haven dealership so that we could see it and test drive it. They gladly arranged this transfer and we drove the car and decided to purchase it. Because of my work schedule we made an appointment to take possession of the car on Tuesday, but a storm that day changed our plans. On Wednesday, our salesman Gregory Williams came in on his day off to facilitate our getting the car. The entire purchase process went smoothly from beginning to end. Mr. Williams was very helpful and explained all the details to us making the process a comfortable one. I would not hesitate to recommend Harte Nissan to anyone. Another EXCELLENT Experience I was having issues with my 2015 Versa Note. It was making a grinding noise and then it began to stall. I called up and spoke to Barbara, who is alway I was having issues with my 2015 Versa Note. It was making a grinding noise and then it began to stall. I called up and spoke to Barbara, who is always very nice and she worked with getting me in as soon as possible. I arrived on Saturday morning and Keri was waiting for me :) She asked all the right questions, as she always does. After a short time she came back to inform me that it was my transmission and took me back to meet the technition Maddie that was working on my car. She decided that it would be best to set me up with a loaner instead of having me sit around. I then had the pleasure of meeting Chelsey who set me up with the loaner. All 3 made what could have been an unpleasant experience bearable. George Harte Nissan is VERY lucky to have them as part of their team.
