Love our brand new Nissan Sentra SV! We love this car! It is our second purchase from George Harte and second Sentra . We also have a Maxima, purchased through private owner. We had a very good experience with Matt P. who was in the lot when we pulled in,answered ALL of our questions , was patient,had,two different test drives and ended up owning a 2015 Sentra in a beautiful , Cayenne Red. We are Nissan fans and have had the very best of luck with all our Nissans. 1995 Sentra with over ,200k still going after giving it to our son. Doesn't look beautiful, but still runs great ! Had really great experience and would recommend Matt P. to assist you. He was great . All ten stars from us for Matt P. and of course Nissan vehicles. In and out and ready when Matt said, and when we could pick it up, at our convenience. I wish I could remember Matt's last name. I'm very sorry Matt.,I know it was a P. Joe will recall, but he's working, so forgive me. Soooo pleased with Matt P. and George Harte. Very friendly, of course, and patient, answered all my questions , two test drives of two different 2014's. But we loved the new 2015, Cayenne Red Nissan. She is our baby, and we WILL be in for our first oil change when recommended. What a classy , but fun car to drive. I love everything about it , as does my husband. Joe + Bonnie More

Deceptive Dealer I have purchased many new cars and this was by far the worst experience. I work for *** and used the VPP program. The dealer was extremely sneaky and I have purchased many new cars and this was by far the worst experience. I work for *** and used the VPP program. The dealer was extremely sneaky and dishonest. Gave me one price and then when I showed up it was suddenly higher(they added in free oil changes). Once they took out the FREE oil changes it was back at the correct price? Then they bought me out of my current Ford lease. They removed the plates and gave them to me. Now that my car has been there for over a week they tell me today that they can't bring it back to Ford that I have to. Then why did you buy me out of my lease? Why did you keep the car? Now it's my responsibility to bring it back to Ford? Who pays any extra fee's if there are any? Because of this dealer this is my first and last Nissan. For a VPP customer I expected better. Watch out for the Free oil changes your paying for them. More

From the moment we stepped into the Harte dealership through the point of sale, everything went smoothly and was done in the most professional manner. We asked for Mike Mercier since our first experience in purchasing a Maxima with him was terrific! Mike is extremely personable,knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable the minute you walk in the door. He offered us a Very fair price, and walked us through the entire process, Harte Nissan is truly fortunate to have Mike as their Sales Manager, I know we were ! Joe Tramuta was introduced to us by Mike. Joe went with us for the test drive and thoroughly explained everything about the car and was most accommodating at answering any questions that we had. Joe too was very personable and extremely willing to please us. Harte Nissan as also lucky to have Joe . Carlton Marable was also terrific. He had us sign any pertinent paperwork and went over extended warranties. He took the time to explain everything and made us feel very comfortable.
