Henley did a good job communicating and I felt read me well early. This cuts through a lot of back and forth wasted energy. Bottom line I am going into my 5th new Infiniti and 8th over all, A good Internet sale person in this day and age is essential! Henley is that guy. Igor got me to my numbers and George may have single handily got me to use Infiniti again for my maintenance. Even Joe Avery in finance showed a value for my time and kept the signing process painless. More
Streamlined and Truly Amazing I just bought a 2017 Q50 and right from the start Henley was proactive, informative, and on point. The whole experience was great. I picked up the car and was out of the facility in 30 minutes. In those 30 mins, I signed all paperwork, got a review of the car, and was fully ramped up to drive away. Intentionally misleading internet sales management I have not written a review of any kind in the past. If I have a positive experience, I find a manager and communicate directly. If I have a bad experience, I usually chalk it up to bad training, a bad day or something temporary which does not need to be hammered publicly. However, my experience this evening at Harte Infiniti requires a public warning to prospective customers. I saw a used car on their website and inquired about it over the net. I was called back almost immediately and discussed the car and specifically the attributes I wanted. The person directed me to another vehicle which had what I wanted. I then received a call back from the Internet Sales Manager, Henley Germain, who told me the car that was recommended actually had the wrong data on the website and did not have what I wanted. However he had another car that would do the trick. It was priced at $32,500. I told him I had a price max of $30,000 and said if he could sell it to me for $30,000, I would come and see it. He told me that if I came, my 'presence" would seal the deal in my favor and we could get a deal done. I wanted a more specific response and so I asked a number of times if $30,000 gets the deal done. He said more or less the same thing, such that any reasonable person would believe the deal could be done. We even went so far as to discuss the amount of fees I was prepared to pay when he said that the Doc Fees were about $595. I told him that was outrageous and that I would be comfortable around $250. He said to come in. Any reasonable person would believe the deal was done. The only open item was whether I liked the car. I drove it and liked it and confirmed the offer we had discussed on phone. Henley then went to confer with a more senior manager. After about 20 minutes, Henley came back to his office to explain why they could not do the deal as we had agreed. To his further discredit, Henley tried to defend his actions by saying that he never explicitly stated he could do the deal at $30,000. I told him simply he was being disingenuous to me and if he believed the nonsense he was spouting, disingenuous to himself. As I walked away, a more senior manager stopped me and I reiterated the facts. He did nothing. All buyers should beware of an organization that cannot be trusted, especially at the management level. All transactions require trust. More

While there was no replacement tire in stock at the moment for our new 2017 Q60, George Blackwell, Assistant Service Manager, gracefully offered to use one from one of their new cars they had in their showroom. He told us: “You bought Infinity, and I don’t care from whom, you are my customers!” In less than an hour, we were on our way to Boston, just in time for our daughter’s event there. From walking in for the first time and immediately meeting Mr. Harte to driving away in a new set of wheels, the experience is definitely one to remember. Henley has been one of the best dealers I have ever worked with. As a new client, he made sure to go above and beyond for me. Every little question and concern that I had he was sure to make me comfortable in all aspects. Henley, with the help of the rest of the staff, provided me with over the top service and I can easily say that I found my new go-to dealership. I would strongly recommend GH Infiniti to any one looking to be well taken care of. Not to mention, GH was able to beat other Infiniti dealerships both price wise and customer service wise. More

The sales associate Henley was able put me in a 2017 QX30 with a very small down payment. The sale was extremely reasonable. Very happy with the professionalism and overall patience of the team, as I made sure every detail was perfect. Looking forward to working with Henley again at the end of my lease. More
