I was shopping for a new 2011 G37x and had a quote from an out of state dealer. I preferred to deal in state and contacted this dealership. After several email and phone discussions, I sent Kristi the deta an out of state dealer. I preferred to deal in state and contacted this dealership. After several email and phone discussions, I sent Kristi the details of the quote I had and was VERY clear that I would only meet with them if they could meet the price out-the door. They had not seen my trade in but I was assured that the deal was possible. They are over an hour drive away and I did not want to waste my time or theirs. I met with them and had them appraise my car. Their quote was $5000 more than the other dealer! They seem like nice people but they should have been up front that they would not or could not meet number I gave them. I made the trip under false pretenses in my opinion. I sold cars for a while (not my calling) and would never promise something I know I could not deliver. A typical sales tactic and a total waste of my time. More
I purhcased my new Infiniti from Harte in West Haven and discovered it had a ding in it that I nor they noticed when I first pikced up the new car. I brought it back and they fixed the ding. When I picked discovered it had a ding in it that I nor they noticed when I first pikced up the new car. I brought it back and they fixed the ding. When I picked the car up I immediately notcied the leather seats and steering wheel had grease finger prints on them. Later when I got home that day my son noticed a gouge in the back bumper that was about an inch long and completely removed the paint. This car was spotless (other than the original ding) when I dropped it off. So, I brought the car in for one problem and it came back with one fixed and a new problem. At that point I decide I would never return to this dealer and just live with the gouge....there I am using a brush to touch up damage the dealer created. Why didn't I go back you may ask....because I did not want to have further damage created. I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE. The environment in the service area struck me as sloppy and unprofessional...the lot is like a sardine can and the cars are packed in inches away (I mean inches)...they take the car across the street to be serviced (out of customer view)....the service guys picking up the car and driving it over don't give me confidence they really give a $#@% about quality service. After reading other similar reviews on teh internet regarding damage the service area created there is a clear pattern here. More

The manager would not include that repair in the contract. However, he promised he would take care of it. The idea was to wait for a lease return and take those wheels off that car and place them on my car. Over 6 months went by with no success. He then stated that they would repair the wheels. True to his promise, the wheels were repaired and still look like new. I have no complaints about the sales and service departments. More
