I recently leased a 2014 Infiniti QX60. I dealt with a wonderful salesman, Aleks. There was never any pressure throughout the profess. Alex found me the car I wanted, in the color I wanted (which was not easy) and met the compeititive price I got received from another dealer. He did not play any games and really listened to what I want (which was not easy) and met the compeititive price I got received from another dealer. My experience at George Harte Infiniti was bizarre to say the least. I spoke on the phone to a salesman by the name of Alex and he was delightful on the phone and also in person. When my wife and I went there and drove the car it was a beautiful automobile and we were very excited. We were asked to pick a color which we did and proceeded to give a $5,850.00 down payment. After Alex took our downpayment he returned with a pink hand written receipt and said "you can go now". My wife and I sat there ffor a moment stunned and said when will the car be ready for pickup? He said "I will let you know". It was like the second the deal was "closed" we were no longer important to Alex of George Harte Infiniti. I waited till mid day the next day to call and inquire about our vehicle and I was told by Alex that he was still looking for our car. I asked exactly wahat that meant because the deal the previous day was secured with our downpayment but he said " you need to be patient". I received a call later that afternoon by Alex saying he could not locate the color of vehicle we requested so we could not have it. He said to pick another color if we wanted this deal to work. I called my wife and discussed this and although reluctant to change we did pick an alternate color because the car was beautiful. I then received another call from Alex stating that he could not locate that car either so I said that we would not want any other so I would be returning this evening to pickup our downpayment. This conversation took place prior to 3 PM so All the offices were open at the George Harte dealership. I explained to Alex that I would be leaving work at 530 pm and asked what time he would be there until since it was a 40 minute ride from our house and he said " 8 pm". At 545 pm I called back and this is when the Bizarre behavior began. I was told by Alex that I have a contract and cannot pickup my deposit. I explained we did not have a signed contract and if we did it was for a vehicle that they could not provide so I am coming to get my deposit. He said I was not able to do that so I asked for a manager. Alex said he was busy and he proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I then called the dealership directly and asked for a manager. I was transferred by the receptionist to a person by the name of John who called himself the PM manager. I explained the entire situation and was told" I cant make any decisions here Im just an employee". I was standing at the time in an torrential downpour and I was told by John that by yelling at him is not getting your money back. I explained I was not yelling but standing outside due to poor reception and I just wanted to know who to call to get my money back. He then said " call anyone you want okay" and he then hung up the phone. Is this the way a reputable organization does business? I was astonished by the treatment this dealership provides after they think they have you hooked into a deal. I even attempted to contact the owner of the dealership to get some help but never got a call back. I would caution anyone who is attempting to buy an Infiniti to beware of the smiles and warm response you get when you walk into the doors of this business beacause it quickly chages when the deal hits a snag. Lets hope the refund process gets taken care of before the legal proceeding needs to begin !!!!!!!!! More
I've been coming to this dealership to service my old car for many years now, and I've always been impressed by my service experience. This was the first time I had purchase a new car from them, and sur car for many years now, and I've always been impressed by my service experience. This was the first time I had purchase a new car from them, and surely won't be my last. This dealership took the time to understand my needs. Aleks and John were thoroughly patient with me, and ready to answer the seemingly millions of questions coming their way. They didn't "push" the car on me like some other dealers do, but rather presented me with their best offers, and worked from there to make sure all my needs were accounted for. On top of it all, they found me the exact color/leather combination, and within 24 hours, delivered it from another state. I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend working with Aleks and John. More
Alex was one of the best car salesmen we ever had the pleasure working with. We went to all the luxury dealerships and he was the only one that gave a full test drive on all terrains. This dealership has absolutely terrible salesmanship. The salesperson assisting me was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Apart from the fact that their inventory is extremely undersized, I found it amazing a salesperson assisting me was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Apart from the fact that their inventory is extremely undersized, I found it amazing as to how unprofessional their entire staff truly is. I optimistically came in looking for a car, but I ended up having a dreadful experience that left me with a headache. Terrible dealership overall, search elsewhere for a better experience. More
