Henley was very helpful and answered all of our questions about the cars. Henley was very patient through several test drives and explained all the sales and lease incentives. When we took delivery the car was immaculately detailed. Henley did an excellent job of demonstrating all the great features of the Infiniti. The Sales Manager, John Sivak was very helpful during the sales process. Bottom line: the sales process was a pleasure, answered all my questions, no pressure, no negativety toward other manufacturers. Amazing Experience I had a wonderful experience at George Harte Infiniti. I had a car accident, totaled my car and needed to get a vehicle as soon as possible. I told him the vehicle that I was interested in leasing and what packages I wanted for the vehicle. He was truly awesome. I told him the price point that I wanted to be in, and in less than an hour he got back to me with the mileage that I needed for my lease and the exact price point that I wanted to be at. He did all of this over the phone at around 5:00 p.m. When I walked into GHI I was greeted by Arnold Girshik, who was very friendly and then directed me to Matthew. I had never met him before as we had only spoken on the phone. He had a friendly demeanor that immediately put me at ease. We went over color options and found the car that I wanted. In short, Matthew made leasing my QX60 a great experience and very easy. He was straightforward and very honest. He worked quickly and efficiently to get me the best possible deal. Daniel Wiley handled the paperwork of my lease and was also informative and friendly and made the process of "checking out" very easy. GHI also helped me to return my rental car that I had been using in the interim. Russel, who works with the inventory department of GHI, traveled all the way from West Haven to Hertz in Danbury to return my rental and then drove me back to GHI in West Haven. He truly went above and beyond. GHI is wonderful. Usually you walk into a car dealership, and there is immediate pressure to buy a vehicle; and if you are not careful, you may end up driving away in something that you don't even like, much less want. This is not the case with GHI. There is no pressure to buy and everyone from the reception desk to the finance department and everyone in between goes out of their way to make sure that you are pleased with the car that you choose and you are even more please with the price.
