Obviously the qx60 was a superb vehicle and well packaged. Another deciding factor was the experience. Joe was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Igor was also a straight shooter who gave earnest opinions on competitive pros and cons, and was very upfront with pricIng. There was no salesmanship on display, and we felt it was a genuine down to earth feel to the place, with both Joe and Igor wanting to help the customers make an informed choice more than anything else. Their approach works and resulted in a low stress and enjoyable buying experience. We had some dealer installed equipment put in, this was done professionally the very next day and we drove off with the vehicle. This is our first Infiniti, if we get another later, we will definitely come back here to see Joe and Igor. HL More
