Over 3 separate visits to the dealership, I spent at least 6 hours with salesman Richard Yonkers who gave me the insight and help I needed to make one of the biggest decisions of my life. His laid back attitude released the pressure of buying right away. His knowledge about the car and buying process was informative and helped me make the right decision. I love Infinitis and was looking at a few vehicles in my area. I visited some other dealerships, one didn't even let me drive or get in the car without talking financials first, and the other skipped straight to the numbers as well, trying to get me out the door with a car. Richard allowed me to test drive a few cars and it helped me make my final choice. At George Harte, I had time to do my research about the car. It really was a no hassle, no trouble experience. Richard was extremely patient with me as well as I got my financial and insurance situation settled and couldn't be an easier guy to talk to. Finally signing everything with the Financial department was easy and pretty quick. Talking to the service department helped me understand how to maintain my vehicle in the future.
