I had a highly disappointing experience at George Harte Infiniti. I brought in my 2015 Infiniti QX50 due to an airbag warning light. The dealership followed a diagnostic protocol that led to me being charged several thousand dollars for parts and repairs that ultimately didn’t fix the issue. Despite these charges, my airbag light remained on. When I requested a refund for the parts that did not resolve the problem, they refused. To make matters worse, a basic visual inspection later identified the actual cause of the issue, which was missed during their diagnostics. I expected thorough, accurate service from an Infiniti dealership, but instead, I feel I was overcharged for unnecessary parts. I’ve also filed a complaint with Infiniti Corporate Consumer Protection. If you’re considering bringing your vehicle here, be cautious about their diagnostic practices and the potential for high costs with no resolution.
