I’m very disappointed in their service department. I have taken my car in twice now for an oil change, tire rotation and recall work and had the same unfortunate experience both times. Arriving earl I have taken my car in twice now for an oil change, tire rotation and recall work and had the same unfortunate experience both times. Arriving early for a scheduled 8 AM appointment I informed them I would be waiting and was told it would be a 2 to 3 hour wait, which was fine. At 10 AM I went for a walk outside and saw my car was parked in the back parking area. The service employee informed me that my car had not even been looked at yet, something about work that hadn’t been completed the day before was squeezed into that morning. I did not leave the dealership until 1 PM, more than 5 hours after getting there! My first experience with them was very similar but it was over a 6 hour wait! One incident can be excused but for the same thing to happen twice tells me there is something wrong with their process. This is unfortunate as the employees are I encountered were very accommodating, the facility is clean and comfortable but I will find some place else for my car’s routine service. More

The GMC SERVICE of our KIA,SORENTO, was EXCELLENT. The service desk personnel were informative and affable from the beginning to the end of our visit. While the wife waited, in the service center waiting room, I, with a GMC salesman, meandered over to KIA to look and learn about the electric vehicles. The wife and I are seriously believing, we will purchase an electric car,(an suv), as our next vehicle. From the moment I was handed off to Patrick Pham at KIA, he became my friend....
