Ken was cheerful and knowledgeable. My only problem was a non functioning AC on my 2024 Sportage ( it should have been checked before it left factory).. KIA replaced the AC but I still haven’t received paperwork because of computer glitch. KIA American Finance sucks, with no communication with the dealer. They charge interest on additional principle payments (they only decrease number of payments due instead of taking additional payment off of principle owed (they say they have no mechanism to do so). They only speak broken English at best. They say a third party does their accounting. I’am getting ready to pay off car just so I don’t have to deal with them. More
The way Kia and George Gee handled the warranty was excellent. Communication was excellent and the car seems to be running really good. I think it was Darian who handled most of this issue. I love getting my Kia Soul serviced at George Gee Spokane! They are friendly and prompt and I appreciate the extra effort of washing and vacuuming my car. I had a very positive experience dealing with the staff at George Gee KIA. I love my new 2024 Kia Seltos! I was so blessed to have Evan as my point of contact. He was very patient, friendly, kind, supporti at George Gee KIA. I love my new 2024 Kia Seltos! I was so blessed to have Evan as my point of contact. He was very patient, friendly, kind, supportive, and personable. He helped me tremendously with the documents I needed to send in and answered all of my many questions. By the end of the week, dealing with him on a daily basis, I felt he was a "friend in my head" lol. Jessica in the finance department was wonderful. She was very upbeat, customer-oriented, knowledgeable, and very thorough. She walked me through all of the paperwork and made sure to highlight every section I needed to sign or initial. I was very impressed with the videos that Evan encouraged me to watch on the features and functions of the KIA. These were extremely beneficial as I had no knowledge of the KIA brand. I can't say enough about this company and their exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this dealership! More
Service department is a joke! ! Several issues with lack of communication, showed up to get job done that was estimated 2 weeks earlier only to find out they didn't order some of ! Called service dept 3 times on another issue. Drove 2 hour each way only to be told that Kia didn't think it was an issue. Several other issues as well. We are done with Gee Kia!! More
I came in to look at a specific vehicle and was asked what payment amount I wanted before I even got to look at it. The salesman didn't know anything about local sales tax rates, state rebate options for what payment amount I wanted before I even got to look at it. The salesman didn't know anything about local sales tax rates, state rebate options for EVs, or much about the car itself. He also didn't seem to know the actual inventory on the lot. When we left my husband was given a handshake and I was ignored, even though I was the one buying. Overall a sloppy, disappointing experience. More
We had a great experience at George Gee Kia. We came to the dealer with no knowledge of the Kia brand. After some deliberation we left 3 days later with a new Sportage. Thanks Nick!!
