George Gee service figured out the problem with my car had to order parts. They were on backorder and they gave me a loaner that I had for a month and a half. Ken was cheerful and knowledgeable. My only problem was a non functioning AC on my 2024 Sportage ( it should have been checked before it left factory).. KIA replaced the AC but I still haven’t received paperwork because of computer glitch. KIA American Finance sucks, with no communication with the dealer. They charge interest on additional principle payments (they only decrease number of payments due instead of taking additional payment off of principle owed (they say they have no mechanism to do so). They only speak broken English at best. They say a third party does their accounting. I’am getting ready to pay off car just so I don’t have to deal with them. More
