Took my kia sorento in for an oil change. They gave it back to me with no oil and I drove it home. Really pretty unbelievable but they wouldn’t replace the brand new vehicle that had less then 9k miles th back to me with no oil and I drove it home. I think how someone fixes their mistakes defines them and they refused to do anything. More
Very disappointed in the service dept. Took a vehicle in for warranty work, radiator replacement. They cracked a transmission coolant line while replacing the radiator, then ordered the wrong part. A day job turned into 3 days, poor customer service on letting us know what was going on. Then finally get my vehicle back to find new scratches all over my red vehicle it two significant ones on my hood. It looks like they took a dirty rag and wiped it off while washing it. I will never use this service dept again. Not even sure I will ever purchase another vehicle from them......Use caution More

Recommend/ undecided We are happy with our transaction and the 2019 KIA...BUT are not happy that with the upgrade and added expense there was no CD player in our vehicle We are happy with our transaction and the 2019 KIA...BUT are not happy that with the upgrade and added expense there was no CD player in our vehicle and we were not told about it...we had to discover it. When we mentioned it we were basically told to go to Best Buy and purchase a $20.00 plug in CD player or get a usb ...add our music and plug it in. NOW...is that satisfactory answer or solution...we are not happy. We have contacted professional installers for a installation of a 'out of market' unit at a cost of $900.00...we are not going to go to that added expense. The car is great and we love the features it does have and the blue color is just what we wanted. BUT as we said not happy with no CD player. More
