Engine Warranty We asked to have my car done by noon that day because of appointments we had made. We asked to be called when completed. Not done even though we were told that would be no problem. No call to let us know it was done. Arrived no one seems to care we were there. The Gal in the office was rude. We wanted to keep our letter that had our warranty information on it. Wasn't too keen on us having that. Work is always done right, customer service needs a little work. No one even smiled. More
