A dealership that takes care of their customers We purchased a new kia Optima and had problems immediately with the stereo and other electrical components. We took it back to the dealer several time We purchased a new kia Optima and had problems immediately with the stereo and other electrical components. We took it back to the dealer several times to get repairs. We got to know Kelly the service manager and Chris the service writer quite well. Great people by the way! We ended up having to deal with Kia of America about the problems which then turned into a giant pain! Long story short after several months Brandon the sales manager took matters into his own hands and bought the car back and gave us a great deal on a fully loaded Optima. Our headache finally over. I am so happy with the whole crew over there. Our helpful knowledgeable salesman Glenn helped us find the right car, Brandon the manager who got us out of the lemon and Russ in financial who made sure our rates stayed low. I am super happy with them all. More
