After our last service we purchased new wiper blades but a after a few days the driver side kept coming off. Had it checked and the pin was broke. Had to purchase a new blade. Car trouble My truck suddenly had an issue with the dash lights and main screen flickering as well as my headlights. I called the service center and explained th My truck suddenly had an issue with the dash lights and main screen flickering as well as my headlights. I called the service center and explained this is my only day off and my only mode oftransportation. They told me to bring it down right away (I live 1.5 hrs away) and they’d see what they could do about getting me a loaner if needed. When I arrived they took my truck and had me wait in the lounge. He came back with a report that they neede to reinstall the computer system and they would do it then if I could wait. I couldn’t believe they were gracious enough to take care of it for me that day! It was such a pleasant experience! And it was really nice to have the lounge with snacks and TV available to help pass the time. I even had one employee offer to give me a ride somewhere if I wanted to go shopping etc. Wow! More
