Car trouble My truck suddenly had an issue with the dash lights and main screen flickering as well as my headlights. I called the service center and explained th My truck suddenly had an issue with the dash lights and main screen flickering as well as my headlights. I called the service center and explained this is my only day off and my only mode oftransportation. They told me to bring it down right away (I live 1.5 hrs away) and they’d see what they could do about getting me a loaner if needed. When I arrived they took my truck and had me wait in the lounge. He came back with a report that they neede to reinstall the computer system and they would do it then if I could wait. I couldn’t believe they were gracious enough to take care of it for me that day! It was such a pleasant experience! And it was really nice to have the lounge with snacks and TV available to help pass the time. I even had one employee offer to give me a ride somewhere if I wanted to go shopping etc. Wow! More

A dealership that takes care of their customers We purchased a new kia Optima and had problems immediately with the stereo and other electrical components. We took it back to the dealer several time We purchased a new kia Optima and had problems immediately with the stereo and other electrical components. We took it back to the dealer several times to get repairs. We got to know Kelly the service manager and Chris the service writer quite well. Great people by the way! We ended up having to deal with Kia of America about the problems which then turned into a giant pain! Long story short after several months Brandon the sales manager took matters into his own hands and bought the car back and gave us a great deal on a fully loaded Optima. Our headache finally over. I am so happy with the whole crew over there. Our helpful knowledgeable salesman Glenn helped us find the right car, Brandon the manager who got us out of the lemon and Russ in financial who made sure our rates stayed low. I am super happy with them all. More
