Routine oil change. The Kia personnel were so nice, and offered to also do a tire rotation for the car. Improved Service Department I had many bad experiences with your service department with a shady manager (Jason) Shady mechanic (Jason), over-charging...unneeded repairs...not fi I had many bad experiences with your service department with a shady manager (Jason) Shady mechanic (Jason), over-charging...unneeded repairs...not fixing the problem (returning multiple times) & finding additional problems...etc. etc. etc... I decided to give your service department one more chance and was quite happy with your new manager Kelly. He fixed my problem ASAP and did not overcharge me. To date, the issues with my vehicle appear to be fixed and working properly. As long as I am treated with respect and not feeling "Ripped Off" I will continue to do business with George Gee. More
