Lies and cigarette burns came with the new car. purchased a "new" KIA Cadenza from here in March. Discovered burn-marks in the vehicle in which someone was using the front compartment as an ASHTRAY purchased a "new" KIA Cadenza from here in March. Discovered burn-marks in the vehicle in which someone was using the front compartment as an ASHTRAY!! Why would you sell me a Vehicle to me as new when its clearly been treated as either a loaner car or had a previous owner that drove it for 2k miles then returned it.(Was told the 2k miles were test drive miles during its 2 year stint on the lot) A little lie like this tells me one thing The sales team and work ethics are absolutely sub-par and tells me that DECEPTION is the only business practice that matters. I also now realized and I should of caught this when I was signing papers in the finance building at the Porsche building but I was too excited to get the car and I was there forever negotiating which seemed like a smoke screen to distract me. (A) I already communicated I was trading in my car, Salesman acted like he didn't realize this (B) I was going to the other GEE dealership to get the Cadenza that was priced at $21,999 and I made that clear several times that's why the ORIGINAL agreed upon price was 21,999 the price of the used Cadenza I was originally going to purchase At George Gee CDA but they made the deal to match the Price to move the vehicle wasn't honored instead I looked at my STCU app and realized its almost the full 27K! I feel back stabbed and honestly I will never recommend anyone to go here after this experience. I will also be removing any trace of the GEE name off this car. I love the car but this is unacceptable My first car payment isn't due yet I'm pretty upset about being sandbagged for over $4,000, Currently looking to talk to Manager of the facility if it's made right I'll delete this if it isn't this stays and every single person I talk to will know my experience. (Update) I was contacted and apologized several days later after filing my complaint.. But that doesn't make the $4,000 dollars go away. I'm so tired of excuses from this place I will not be taking my vehicle in for the free 2 oil changes or whatever in the xxxx that came with the car. Why because if you lie to me why would I trust you'll take care of my vehicle? You ask me what you can do to make it better I don't know what can you do for me besides say sorry? More

Oil chang 100% satisfied!!! There was a small mishap that happened while I was getting a regular oil change done that I brought to the service departments atten 100% satisfied!!!
