Hayden made my experience incredibly easy. I live about 3 hours away from your dealership. We had everything taken care of via email, I literally walked in, handed over the keys for my trade, I live about 3 hours away from your dealership. The only downside is getting home and finding out most large insurance companies won’t cover Kias. Kia either needs to start their own insurance company or let buyers know. I haven’t gotten my rates yet, but if they are as bad as I hear, I will be selling my Kia immediately. Kia needs to address this issue and do whatever it takes to get these cars insurable again! More
