My salesman, Paul Turner, and the finance manager, Russ Abrams, helped me buy a car remotely. I lived out of the country and needed a car when I returned, and they worked with me over the phone and by ema Abrams, helped me buy a car remotely. Hayden made my experience incredibly easy. I live about 3 hours away from your dealership. We had everything taken care of via email, I literally walked in, handed over the keys for my trade, I live about 3 hours away from your dealership. We had everything taken care of via email, I literally walked in, handed over the keys for my trade, signed papers, and drove off the lot in under 45 minutes! A great experience all the way around. The only downside is getting home and finding out most large insurance companies won’t cover Kias. Kia either needs to start their own insurance company or let buyers know. I haven’t gotten my rates yet, but if they are as bad as I hear, I will be selling my Kia immediately. Kia needs to address this issue and do whatever it takes to get these cars insurable again! More

We didn’t have the title in hand for our trade-in, but they still worked with us and gave us a fair deal. All around, it was a great experience! More
