the service we got from Jennifer and Hayden was excellent, however we asked Hayden if they would replace the wipers before we picked up the car as I noticed they were in poor shape when I test drov excellent, however we asked Hayden if they would replace the wipers before we picked up the car as I noticed they were in poor shape when I test drove the vehicle 2 days before hand. On my way out to sign paperwork I was told by Jennifer that the service crew was filling up the gas and getting the car ready. When we drove off the lot the tank was still only at 1/2 tank, wipers were still trash, grease marks on the back seats (possibly left over residue from cleaning I hope) and just overall you can tell the car wasn't fully detailed before we picked it up. not a huge deal, but not what you want when buying a new vehicle.
