Going into this deal I was under the impression I had a motivated seller beacause of month end. It seemed to me I was the only one motivated. The INTERNET SALES and SALESMAN were very helpful and easy to motivated seller beacause of month end. It seemed to me I was the only one motivated. The INTERNET SALES and SALESMAN were very helpful and easy to work with. However I was really turned off by the comment "my sales manager is not impressed with your trade." I see there is a car like mine a year older on your lot for 4000 more than I received in trade. When you look forward to purchasing a car part of the fun is to deal, it seemed to me I was the only one dealing. I love the Suburban, it has a few issues that will be resolved but it is a used car. I would recommend this dealership, in fact I was recommended. I was just hoping for a little more give instead of doing all the taking. Working for John Deere we use these satisfaction first surveys all the time. You don't always hear what you want but they are a good tool. More
Stephen was more than patient with me and all of my questions about the two cars I was interested in. I dealt with him over the phone for over two weeks before I came in and purchased the car. Since Stephen is the internet manager, I dealt with Tony when in the dealership. He was very friendly and accommodating. We have bought several cars from this dealership over the years and this was the best dealings yet, from sales to the financing. I just hope the next time we purchase a car that the same sales and finance people are there. More

Customer service - so far awesome I was promised a follow up call and I got it from my sales rep 2 days after purchasing the vehicle. There is a few area's on the hood that need to buffed out which I didn't notice but was promised will be taken care of. This I didn't expect cause most dealerships sell you the vehicle and never speak to you again. 3. Kid friendly - I had to buy my car with my 2 daughters (5 and 7 years old) they have a great kid friendly play area that kept them entertained allowing me to hear what the sales rep was saying and trying to show me. Overall the Liberty Lake George Gee Kia store is amazing. Thanks Curtis, John and Stephen I will be seeing you all in the future. Once you buy the car the customer service is gone. I have been driving around with a temp license plate for 3 months now, have had to go in and get a new one every 28 days. When I call to ask whats going on they are rude and condisending.. They sold me a 3,000 dollar warrenty and encouraged me to use there service department, when I called to have them look at my non working sun roof they told me to take it to a different dealership. I took it in for a free oil change and asked them to check out the brakes because they were making a screeching noise. They told me the brakes were fine. I took it somewhere else and found out there were almost no brake pads. I paid 1000.00 for new brakes. I am so disapointed with them, I spent a lot of money and came in with my own financing..I will never let any of my friends and family buy a car there More
