Interior was scratched up from a dog, only 1 passenger side floor mat, garbage and gum wrappers in the console, finger prints all over the glass on the inside. Kevin the sales manager just to busy to call or help out. Registration date due the day we picked it up. More

They lie to you about availability while raising the prices Watch these guys like a hawk. I’ve been watching their price on a preowned Chevy Bolt , and the rep (Evan) has been lying to me saying that they sold it multiple times. Yet, all they really have been doing is continuing to raise the price on it. I suspect they are trying to play some games here to time up with the August 1 beginning of the partial sales tax exemption for preowned electric vehicles in the state of Washington. If you are just going to hold firm on high pricing, fine. Just say that. But don’t lie to potential customers who can very easily see prices the history for your cars online. This is not 1985. We can see what you’re doing and it is unethical to be lying and jacking the prices at the same time and hoping nobody will notice it. Have some standards and ethics folks. More

Outstanding customer service I arrived at the dealership looking to forge the footwork for my wife's new car. I do all the work, she just does the test drive and smiles, haha. Anyway, upon arrival I was greeted with a handshake and a name, Tom Blankenship. Trust me, this alone is special. More and more these day’s people forget how old school values go a long way. As a quick side note, I had already visited 2 dealerships that day with any proper greetings, just a “what are you looking for” opening line as I approached the Main buildings. I briefly educated Mr. Blankenship and what my wife was looking for and he quickly attended to my needs, including one test drive, and traversing the entire lot in search of potential vehicles. During our time together, not once did Mr. Blankenship press me about my income, job, or ability to pay, nor did he even mention if I wanted to pay cash or finance. He exhibited true professionalism in every way possible. Unfortunately, my wife choose to purchase another vehicle from another dealership, but it was the vehicle that sealed the deal for her, not the customer service. As the dealership we ultimately purchased from, made us feel like another typical number, walking through the door. Even, as I was leaving the dealership and Mr. Blankenship, a Manager approached me and thanked me for my Military Service. Not one mention or ounce of pressure to stay and talk about more vehicles. Though we did not purchase from George Gee this day, I can tell you in the future they have already earned my business if I ever choose a vehicle they are in possession of. Common curtsey of your fellow man, goes a long way and I hope they never lose that.
