Outstanding customer service I arrived at the dealership looking to forge the footwork for my wife's new car. I do all the work, she just does the test drive and smiles, haha. Anyway, upon arrival I was greeted with a handshake and a name, Tom Blankenship. Trust me, this alone is special. More and more these day’s people forget how old school values go a long way. As a quick side note, I had already visited 2 dealerships that day with any proper greetings, just a “what are you looking for” opening line as I approached the Main buildings. I briefly educated Mr. Blankenship and what my wife was looking for and he quickly attended to my needs, including one test drive, and traversing the entire lot in search of potential vehicles. During our time together, not once did Mr. Blankenship press me about my income, job, or ability to pay, nor did he even mention if I wanted to pay cash or finance. He exhibited true professionalism in every way possible. Unfortunately, my wife choose to purchase another vehicle from another dealership, but it was the vehicle that sealed the deal for her, not the customer service. As the dealership we ultimately purchased from, made us feel like another typical number, walking through the door. Even, as I was leaving the dealership and Mr. Blankenship, a Manager approached me and thanked me for my Military Service. Not one mention or ounce of pressure to stay and talk about more vehicles. Though we did not purchase from George Gee this day, I can tell you in the future they have already earned my business if I ever choose a vehicle they are in possession of. Common curtsey of your fellow man, goes a long way and I hope they never lose that. I recently traded in my car for a used SUV that was advertised on their website. The process was so quick and easy. My salesman, Vincent McGee was awesome and not real pushy like some of them can be. Going into this deal I was under the impression I had a motivated seller beacause of month end. It seemed to me I was the only one motivated. The INTERNET SALES and SALESMAN were very helpful and easy to motivated seller beacause of month end. It seemed to me I was the only one motivated. The INTERNET SALES and SALESMAN were very helpful and easy to work with. However I was really turned off by the comment "my sales manager is not impressed with your trade." I see there is a car like mine a year older on your lot for 4000 more than I received in trade. When you look forward to purchasing a car part of the fun is to deal, it seemed to me I was the only one dealing. I love the Suburban, it has a few issues that will be resolved but it is a used car. I would recommend this dealership, in fact I was recommended. I was just hoping for a little more give instead of doing all the taking. Working for John Deere we use these satisfaction first surveys all the time. You don't always hear what you want but they are a good tool. More
Stephen was more than patient with me and all of my questions about the two cars I was interested in. I dealt with him over the phone for over two weeks before I came in and purchased the car. Since Stephen is the internet manager, I dealt with Tony when in the dealership. He was very friendly and accommodating. We have bought several cars from this dealership over the years and this was the best dealings yet, from sales to the financing. I just hope the next time we purchase a car that the same sales and finance people are there. More

Customer service - so far awesome I was promised a follow up call and I got it from my sales rep 2 days after purchasing the vehicle. There is a few area's on the hood that need to buffed out which I didn't notice but was promised will be taken care of. This I didn't expect cause most dealerships sell you the vehicle and never speak to you again. 3. Kid friendly - I had to buy my car with my 2 daughters (5 and 7 years old) they have a great kid friendly play area that kept them entertained allowing me to hear what the sales rep was saying and trying to show me. Overall the Liberty Lake George Gee Kia store is amazing. Thanks Curtis, John and Stephen I will be seeing you all in the future. Once you buy the car the customer service is gone. I have been driving around with a temp license plate for 3 months now, have had to go in and get a new one every 28 days. When I call to ask whats going on they are rude and condisending.. They sold me a 3,000 dollar warrenty and encouraged me to use there service department, when I called to have them look at my non working sun roof they told me to take it to a different dealership. I took it in for a free oil change and asked them to check out the brakes because they were making a screeching noise. They told me the brakes were fine. I took it somewhere else and found out there were almost no brake pads. I paid 1000.00 for new brakes. I am so disapointed with them, I spent a lot of money and came in with my own financing..I will never let any of my friends and family buy a car there More
