Cannot thank Josh enough for a smooth transaction! Josh had emailed me different options that had come onto their lot over the last few months, he knew what I was after. He stayed on it with emailing me over the months and it paid off. I drove 3 hours to pick it up, it was pulled aside, cleaned and ready for me. Also was very understanding with my 2 year old who made a mess with water and her snack. I believe her name was Jess in financing was extremely helpful getting my application going, would have loved to meet her in person cause you could tell in her voice on the phone she loved her job. Alex in financing was awesome, he had everything ready for me to sign, explained everything very well, and was on my way with my new Yukon! Did not get the run around like I have from other dealers. AND A FULL TANK OF FUEL WITHOUT ASKING! Was very happy with my purchase and the respect given to me by this dealer. More

BUYER BEWARE! We bought a 2014 Chevrolet Traverse. it has had nothing but massive issues since we purchased it. Sure, we bought is AS IS but they still sold us We bought a 2014 Chevrolet Traverse. it has had nothing but massive issues since we purchased it. Sure, we bought is AS IS but they still sold us a piece of junk. The vehicle started throwing codes with-in 48 hours of purchase and was in the dealership repair shop 8 times. Their limited warranty is prohibitively expensive in comparison to other dealerships we have done business with. The dealership "tried" to "fix" the main issue of the vehicle losing traction control. When this issue was "fixed" the vehicles main touch screen console unit died. Now the vehicle appears to have electrical problems. All kinds of weird stuff is happening with the auto locks, the lights and other systems. It is all a total mess now. I do not recommend this dealership. Buyer beware! More

Took my Buick in for an 70k mileage inspection, oil and filter change and less than 10 hours later my center console falls apart. At closer inspection it shows someone put some quick drying adhesive that h filter change and less than 10 hours later my center console falls apart. At closer inspection it shows someone put some quick drying adhesive that hadn't dried all the way on the latch that was broke and tried to fix it. I have given them the opportunity to make it right but they ignore me. This is fraud, they are fraud. Steer clear of this dealership, they have no care for the customer More
