Mr. Simpkins, We apologize for your unpleasant visit to our dealership. You are correct in saying that the headliner had a stain on it, that we somehow overlooked intially, and by saying that that was a small scratch on the dash. Again, I apologize and we stream-cleaned the headliner to get that spot out, fixed the dash to the best of our ability, redetailed the entire Fusion, and refilled it with gas for you.
