Carlos made it so easy and has been such a pleasure to work with this time. It was kind of a unique situation as the car had just been traded, but he kept me and my husband updated on the status of it while it was being detailed and a sensor was replaced before actually being purchased. purchasing a truck I had decided it was time for a new truck( new to me truck ) so I started my search of local dealers nearby to see what brands, models and etc was out I had decided it was time for a new truck( new to me truck ) so I started my search of local dealers nearby to see what brands, models and etc was out there these day. Once I decided what I wanted I started searching the internet for what I was looking for. I found a couple near by and actually drove over to George Coleman Ford at the spur of the moment after seeing my percent truck online. So Monday morning I get up and make a simple 30 minute ride to the dealership and start searching for this truck. I couldn't find it. Come to find out someone else had made a deal on it the last business day and it was being serviced. My perfect truck gone, I even went out back and looked it over. Then the sales staff really started helping me. We have another truck just like it coming in any day. They kept me informed on when it would arrive and called and said it's here and we holding it so you can look. This truck was even better ! We made a deal shortly after that. Everyone there did such a awesome job in getting this truck to me. Cleaned, serviced, gassed up. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE BUYING ANY AUTOMOBILE. I will not be looking again soon but when it's time I will start at George Coleman Ford. Thanks to everyone there. More

Went by to check on some used trucks and talked with Joe Garland. He listened to what I was looking for had nothing like I wanted at that time. But he did not just forget me.
