Mike has a bad temper and very rude. He does not need to be a customer service rep for Ballentine if he's going to act like he did on Thursday, 11-21-24. We paid around 460.00 to get my 2003 F150 fixed and it did not get fixed! We took it back on the above mentioned date to let Mike know it was not fixed. I was joking around with Kim, who I've known for a very long time, that we had paid to have it fixed and it didn't get fixed and Mike hit the ceiling! I jokingly asked him if I could get a refund since it didn't get fixed the first time Ballentine had it and he yanked the service sheet he was writing on off the pad and said you are getting a check right now and you can take your truck somewhere else to get it fixed! I truly was just kidding about the refund but whatever! Your service people told my husband, Dean, on the phone the first time he called about the problem that they had diagnosed it and it needed a certain part and told him it would cost around 175.00. They told him the part would have to be ordered but would be in the next day. They never even told him how much the labor would be so we assumed 175.00 was all we were going to owe. When we got to Ballentine to pick up my truck, we honestly about fainted when we were told what we owed! I really would have reconsidered having it fixed at that price. There was honestly no reason for Mike to lose his temper with us or act like he did. Kim asked us, while we were waiting on Mike, what Mike was doing and we told her we were not sure but we think he got mad at what we had said to her and him but we were just kidding. Kim knew we were kidding. She even made the comment that she had never seen him act like that since she has been working there. He was rushing and stomping around like a wild man from his office to the service counter then to where you pay like a dang child! When he confronted me with a refund check (which was not made out for the total amount we paid), we (my husband and me) told him I was just kidding and he said "Oh no, here's your money back. Take your truck somewhere else to get it fixed." That ticked us off! We have alot of family members and friends who drive Ford vehicles and we will be letting them know what has happened and advise them all not to come to Ballentine for service work. More
I am a long time customer of Ballentine. Recently I was interested in getting a new Explorer, but Ballentine did not have a car that interested me. We looked at a used one and it was nice but we were looking for a new car. I found the Explorer I wanted online. Dawn Burton texted me that Ballentine really wanted my business. I told her we were going down state to look at a new Explorer and sent her the link yo that car. I got a text from her that that car would be at Ballentine at 11:00 the next morning. It sure was. Took for a test drive and now we have our 4th Explorer. I love this new car, it was exactly what I was looking for we drove it off the lot. Great job Dawn great customer service. I guess I could say, like father, like son. 👍❤️ More

Went in because my Lincoln was rolling while in park. Service manager moved the gearshift back and forth and said nothing was wrong. The car rolled backwards with no driver inside and ran over my daughte Service manager moved the gearshift back and forth and said nothing was wrong. The car rolled backwards with no driver inside and ran over my daughter. It crashed into a building. They told me they would fix it for nearly $10,000 dollars. Nowy daughter is going blind from the blow on her head. Thanks Ford for caring so much about people that you won't fix a recall unless the car is under warranty. More
