He took the time to facetime with me to show me the car and spent 15mins walking me through everything in great detail. Prior to closing on the car, he had it inspected and serviced by a reputable shop who identified that the rear tires, brake fluid, oil, and cabin air filter all needed to be replaced, which Jim handled without question. Better yet, the shop even used Genuine BMW parts and fluid! Lastly, he was willing to work with the shipper I had arranged and kept me in the loop with everything.
