From our very first conversation, he answered all my questions, offered me great advice as he helped me to decide on the best vehicle for my needs. With price, specifications, additional wants, and time frame in mind, Joe was able to deliver the perfect vehicle! The paperwork process was handled very professionally and efficiently! I highly recommend Joe, and all the staff that assisted in making this car transaction smooth and easy! More
Great Customer Service I have also never written a review but feel inclined to do so because of the excellent customer service I received here. I have purchased over 30 vehicles in my life and will purchase again from this dealership. If you are a car enthusiast who purchases vehicles for entertainment and not just transportation they have a car for you. I purchased a luxury SUV for my wife and was treated exceptionally by all the staff. They made sure everything was satisfactory with the car and gave a free 30 day warranty. They chose a great name for the dealership using "genuine" because the SUV I purchased was genuinely what it was represented to be and the people here are genuine. More

I find that both are pretty rare, since most transactions are pretty normal and nobody goes out of their way in either direction. The fact that I am writing a very positive review about a car dealership is surprising to me but I feel that I was treated exceptionally at Genuine Motorcars. I am sure most people have experienced the same unpleasant things I have when buying a used car at a dealership, but from my first email to Aaron to the signing of the final papers I felt that he and his staff were genuinely interested satisfying me as a customer. They took my trade-in even thought the title would not be in their hands for over two weeks and they trusted me to send it to them when I got it in the mail. I also received a very fair price for my trade-in and I paid under the dealer blue book value for my beautiful 2009 Jaguar. The car was in excellent condition. Genuine Motorcars supplied me with a Carfax that showed all the maintenance details of the car and except for a couple minor issues it was like new. The car only had 29k miles but the tires had seen better days and there was one issue that made me hesitate, the headliner of the car had started to peel away from the roof. Aaron offered to have "their guy" fix the liner at a substantially discounted price but I took the car home, happy with the deal, and tried to have it fixed near my house. I had a difficult time finding a correct color match for the car and the price was much higher than Genuine had said it should cost if their guy did the repair. So I called Aaron three weeks later and asked if he could arrange to have the repair done at his place. I drove up to meet Aaron at the repair shop and he had a Saab convertible waiting for me since the repair would take most of the day. Well when I met up with Aaron and Joe at the end of the day to give them back their loaner and get my car they said to just forget about the bill. I had the Jaguar for three weeks and my check had long since cleared into their bank account but they said they like everything to be right when they sell a car so they picked up the tab for the headliner repair and sent me home very happy. If you are looking for a used, high-end luxury car that looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor, I highly recommend you look at Genuine Motorcars. They have a room full of beautiful high-end, low mileage cars. I am sure Aaron, Joe, Nick and the rest of the staff will work as hard for you as they did for me. Last but not least they also turned me on to one of the best Italian restaurant in South Florida, Mazzaro. It is 2 blocks from their showroom and has sandwiches, cannoli, and Italian rolls, that make me think I am back in South Philadelphia. David Hering More
