Best car buying experience ever My on line search for a speciality collector car landed on Genuine Motor Cars on a Sunday afternnon. I left a phone message and within an hour Mike R My on line search for a speciality collector car landed on Genuine Motor Cars on a Sunday afternnon. I left a phone message and within an hour Mike Ross called me back even though they ate closed on Sunday. And yes, a couple of other potential buyers had expressed interest in the car that had just been taken in on trade and had no pictures posted yet. Mike assured me that Genuine Motor Cars has only the best quality high end vehicles in their inventory and the owner has a strict rule to never be embarrassed by selling less than top quality vehicles. Mike said he wasn't sure if another buyer had committed to buy yet, and wouldn't know until they opened at 9 a.m. Monday, the next morning, but promised to call by 9:02...and he did! The car was available and l placed a contingency hold until l could see the vehicle at noon the same day. It was as pristine as described on the phone. There was no haggling, hassles, or high pressure. Negotiations were quick, courteous and most professional. Arrangements were made to pick the vehicle up after full serving and attention to a couple of minor details. Genuine Motor Cars spared no expense to assure all concerns were addressed above and beyond expectations. Bar none, this was the best car buying experience ever...and I can't even count or remember the number of vehicles I've purchased over the years. Thanks Mike, Bruce and Joe for a great quality deal. You can bet where I will come for the next quality, high end vehicle. More
