A listing by Genuine Motorcars For almost a year I have been searching for a particular model of SUV and had been in contact with several dealerships. A listing by Genuine Motorcars, Inc. offered exactly what was wanted. Features being met included new condition, most of warranty in effect, color, and a price amount that was within my budget. In addition, they delivered right to my driveway. This was a leap of faith purchase as Genuine Motorcars is located several states from where I reside and we had never heard of one another. All went smoothly and they were kind, helpful and patient with my questions and processing of paperwork. I am really pleased with this purchase and look forward to driving this beautiful vehicle! Great Experience-found just what we wanted! We found Genuine Motorcars on line looking for that special convertible we always wanted. The BMW Z4 we purchased from them is spectacular. Nick Burton was a great sales person who was very low pressure and was able to answer all of our questions on the spot. Genuine Motorcars had all the documentation on this used low mileage vehicle and sent it for a professional check, fluid change etc. before we took delivery. Tom Mahony actually delivered the car to our home @ 50 minutes south of the dealership. He gave us a full tour of this BMW since we have never owned one before. We had a great experience with Genuine Motorcars who encouraged us to call or visit anytime to solve any problem we might have with our car or any maintenance it may require. My interactions with ALL of the staff was exceptional. Everyone was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Bruce managed all the financial aspects expertly, Rob, with much patience, helped me with learning all the ins and outs of my new vehicle, and "Ever-Smiling" Tom was a great support team member. Even after the sale was finalized, they all followed up with all the promises they made. They even extended other benefits beyond just selling me my new automobile. Genuine Motorcars aims to please their customers and are "genuinely" anxious to keep and re-keep past and present customers. Keep up the good work guys. See you in about 7 years for my next "top of the line" replacement vehicle. I have no intention of shopping anywhere else! More

Excellent buying experience for female customer! I was searching for a pristine used SUV for our son and his family. Saw a low mileage 2006 Lincoln Navigator listed on their website. I went to look I was searching for a pristine used SUV for our son and his family. Saw a low mileage 2006 Lincoln Navigator listed on their website. I went to look at the vehicle and found it to be exactly as described. Bruce my salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful in all areas. Went above and beyond by helping in looking up the required paperwork to title the vehicle for our son in his home state. After the purchase we drove the vehicle from Florida to our sons home in West Virginia. The vehicle ran and has continued to run flawlessly since the purchase in early December. When we arrived at our home in Ohio all promised paperwork arrived promptly and exactly as promised. They even provided the information required to gift the vehicle to our son! As my husband was in business meetings the week of the purchase this was my first vehicle buying experience on my own. I really appreciated the helpful and respectful way I was treated as a female buyer. I would highly recommend Bruce and the dealership to anyone considering a purchase. Especially if you are an out of state buyer and want to be assured you are dealing with honest, helpful folks! More

Their recipe to success starts with being a Boutique Shop for High End Brands with Low Mileage. They have a knack of finding Low Mileage Desirable Cars, and then they make sure that these cars are 100%. What More Could You Ask For!!! My Car was a "Coming Soon" vehicle, and I snapped it up even prior to them getting it into their store. They took care of prepping the car, and bringing the Maintenance up to date, and going Above and Beyond, they noticed that the Head Liner needed some attention and had it replaced (something I had not even noticed). My Son and I Road Tripped the car home, and as I was leaving the mirror switch stopped working. No Worries though. When I got home and determined that it was not a fuze Nick had a Mirror Switch ordered and in the mail. Now That is Service After The Sale!!!!! Thanks Nick and Bruce for a Great Car, and a Great Buying Experience!!! More
