I did find a couple of glitches in the car upon close inspection, but they were nothing the dealership could have been expected to notice, and, most importantly, Nick worked hard, after the sale, to satisfactorily resolve them. I was impressed with the responsiveness demonstrated, and came away assured that the dealership wanted to be sure I was a satisfied customer. More

My experience with Genuine Motorcars of Florida was beyond what I expected. Truthfully, the experience was much more at ease than a new auto dealer. Nick Burton, the sales consultant did a terrific service for us in suggesting a second car over the initial auto we inquired about thru CarGurus. Once we arrived at Genuine Motorcars we were met by several on the staff and all treated my wife and myself cordially, respectfully. Nick went over the auto several times to answer questions and made the experience a pleasure. Since purchasing this auto my wife and I have enjoyed the heck out of it and I sleep well knowing we did good! 😊👍 More

Buying a car online There was a time when I'd never have considered buying a car on line...up to a few weeks ago. I was looking for a Porsche Boxster S via cargurus.com There was a time when I'd never have considered buying a car on line...up to a few weeks ago. I was looking for a Porsche Boxster S via cargurus.com and I was looking nation wide as I wanted a car dressed out in a particular fashion. I saw a Boxster S listed from Genuine Motorcars in St. Pete, Fl. It was just what I looking for. I sent a message to the seller on Saturday and hot an email back on Sunday with all of the contact info including a name and number. I spoke with Nick Burton on Monday morning, By Wednesday, we had reached an agreement and moved forward bassed on a PPI that Genuine stepped up and covered. By Friday, I was the owner of the special car I was looking for. I cannot say enough about NIck and Genuine about how good and professional they are. I linned up shipping and had the car a week later. I did have to run my car over to my Porsche guru to check and see if there was an oil filter retrofit on the car. While the car was on the rack, the mechanic dicovered that the half axles need replacing because of torn boots. Genuine and Nick stepped up to the plate and covered the replacement of the half axles....no problem. That is a company that stands by their rep and I call it marvelouse service after the sale. If I buy another car, I'll go to them. If they don't have it, they can find it. I would recommend Genuine Motorcars to any one and ask for Nick Burton. Tim L. More

Great boutique automotive dealer! I needed a new vehicle, but wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. Stopped in and started talking to Rob about some of their inventory, and he showed me a I needed a new vehicle, but wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. Stopped in and started talking to Rob about some of their inventory, and he showed me a Mercedes SUV that they had just taken in that had not yet been serviced or detailed. I really liked the fact that it only had 17K miles, and that it was white. Rob and crew went to the trouble of getting it out of the showroom and I ended up taking it for a test drive. Got back and wrote Rob a refundable deposit, and he said he would have it checked by the mechanics and detailed in just a few days. When I came back Rob wasn't there so Nick helped me, and he was very nice as well, and answered all my questions. The vehicle looked like new, and I was very pleased. The next morning the staff made the actual purchase very easy and efficient. Joe has assembled a great shop and crew! It was certainly the best car buying experience I have ever had. More

From the first phone call to Rob about my new 640 I thru the test Drive, and negotiations, it was one of the best experiences I have had in my 45 years of buying cars. Rob explained in detail to me about the car before I drove 50 miles to see her, he was spot on and the car was even better than I thought it would be. These guys are professionals ,do what they say and stand behind there words. Nick also helped out with a few issues and some financing and everything went as smooth as silk. Owner Joe K stopped by to introduce himself , that was a nice touch as well and let me know that if there was anything he could do to help facilitate the deal, to let him know..
