Awesome "Used Car" Dealer Place was amazing, I walked in and the showroom was mostly German sports cars! Couldn't believe my GMC Acadia was with such amazing company. With that said, Genuine Motorcars not only put those fears at rest, they provided me with one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I have experienced. Being that I was purchasing a vehicle during the COVID-19 pandemic, where most places were closed, Genuine Motorcars was open and ready to assist me in any way possible. The communication was consistent and any details that I required (I had a large list btw) were addressed via email and over the phone. By the time I made the decision to go forward with the purchase, I had enough service records, vehicle history reports, pictures, and videos for me to be confident that I was purchasing a trustworthy vehicle. For remote customers, Genuine Motorcars will set up the delivery of your vehicle using a network of delivery companies they are familiar with, whether you want an enclosed or exposed transportation. To prove that Genuine Motorcars stands behind the vehicles they sell, they provide a powertrain warranty (usually 3 months/3000 miles but 1 month/1000 miles for my specific vehicle) to cover any issues after purchasing the vehicle. Unfortunately, I did have to utilize the warranty as my vehicle came with a drive axle issue that was not discovered in a recently performed dealership service inspection. Genuine Motorcars stayed true to their word and worked with me to quickly resolve the issue with a dealership here in Illinois and I was back on the road in no time. I want to give a special thanks to Nick Burton, Joe Lentini and Jim Diguiseppe at Genuine Motorcars for your great customer service and support. I will recommend them to anyone, whether as an in-person customer or for those looking to buy remotely. More

Great Out of State Purchase experience!!! After a 3 month search I found the vehicle I wanted at Genuine Motorcars (via cars.com to their website). The vehicle had just come into stock, was v After a 3 month search I found the vehicle I wanted at Genuine Motorcars (via cars.com to their website). The vehicle had just come into stock, was very clean, low mileage and 1,500 miles away from my home! Normally if a vehicle was that far away I would just pass by but decided to reach out. When I did reach out on 3/6 via phone, I was introduced to Rod Brazzell. Through my purchase interaction, Rod was extremely knowledgeable, professional, true to his word and very personable. This was not the type of vehicle purchase experience I was used to and it was very refreshing. Not only did Rod answer all my questions, he also provided frequent updates on vehicle inspection, got me a 2nd key, detailing, paperwork processing and ultimately the out of state transport of my car. This all took place during the onset of COVID and both Rod and Nick were so professional, responsive. One of the other major selling points from Rod was the descriptive video of my car that I received from Rod/Nick. It was so helpful to me in inspecting the car from out of state and ultimately a big step in me making a decision to move forward with the purchase. When the vehicle finally reached my home via transport on 3/30, there were no surprises and the vehicle was delivered exactly as promised. I had never purchased a vehicle sight unseen but would certainly do so again from Genuine Motorcars. It was a truly great purchase experience thanks to Rod and company. More
