This was especially important to me as I had experienced a degrading, unprofessional experience at ANOTHER COMPANY/DEALERSHIP. Needless to say, I was looking for a different car and decided to try Ford at Gentilini in Woodbine, NJ. As I stated above, from that first day at Gentilini when I first met Andy Rosenberg I knew I had finally found my "home." I certainly was not treated as a "dumb blonde" which was the case previously (another company). Fast forward to 2017 and Patrick Murphy; attentive, polite, informative. Patrick assured me that all I had to do was call if I needed anything, which I did and he responded immediately. All of my automobile needs will continue to be met at Gentilini Ford and I look forward to Patrick Murphy assisting me when my lease is up and I need to either lease again or purchase. Terrible Service One of the worst experiences I've had in service. Not only were the mechanics and service representatives rude and disrespectful, but the job was done One of the worst experiences I've had in service. Not only were the mechanics and service representatives rude and disrespectful, but the job was done incorrect. I payed a large amount of money for an oil change/tire rotation and an abs diagnosis. After being told the lug nuts on the wheel were going bad, they put them back on and told us that it was safe to drive. But, they did not tighten the lug nuts, and I had to do it for myself. At Gentilini, you are not a costumer to them, just a dollar sign. More

Misdiagnosed 6.7 forf diesel truck multiple times. Would not refund money for previous misdiagnosis. Lied about costs abd lied about parts used. They scam ford motor co for warranty hrs and charge the cust not refund money for previous misdiagnosis. Lied about costs abd lied about parts used. I will never go there again and I do not recommend this dealership to anybody for service or sales. More
