As soon as I put in a request for more info online, Frank O was responsive, friendly, and helpful. He set me up with Tom Pop who gave me great information and set up a time for me to come in to test some vehicles. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't meet with Tom; However, Frank then set me up with Dave and what a guy! Dave is straightforward and to the point, extremely knowledgeable, with a great personality to boot. He made me feel very comfortable and put my first time car buying jitters to rest. Dave worked hard to get me the best bang for my buck and sent me home in the perfect car for me. To say I'm pleased with the service, staff, and vehicle from Gentilini would simply be an understatement - 5 stars could never do this place justice! More

Excellent fast service! My fiance's car was damaged by a tree during a wind storm. We needed a new vehicle right away. A family member recommended Gentilini. I looked them up online that night, found a vehicle I was interested in and filed out an online credit app. I received a secure message from Frank who put information in for me, and made my appointment the next day with Ted and Dave. When I arrived the vehicle I wanted was already waiting for me to test drive. I tested it loved and got a really good deal with in 2 hours. Everything was taken care of! The company is only allowed 1 person in the showroom so the wait time wasn't bad. The employees were very accommodating, asked if I was hungry, etc. Dave and Ted were easy to talk too. They answered all of my questions and if I needed anything to ask them and don't hesitate to ask. Dave called me five days later to check up on my satisfaction and I am completely satisfied! More

COVID 19 Truck Ordered my truck in Feb. and really didn't think I would see it till the fall of 2020 due to the shut down of the plants then I got a call from Dave S Ordered my truck in Feb. and really didn't think I would see it till the fall of 2020 due to the shut down of the plants then I got a call from Dave Sage the first week of April that the truck was delivered and I could come and get it. Went to the dealership doors where locked Dave let me in both of us wearing masks did all the paper work Dave explained what he could about the truck and I drove it home and parked it in the back yard for now. We have a 2006 Expedition and a 2009 F150 pickup from Gentilines.Dave Sage put us in a pre owned 2019 Expedition Max.Dave is a very good sales person there was no pressure all he gave us all the info we need to make purchase.
