When an '07 Ranger was traded in, Emil phoned us immediately. This was my son's money so it was a lot to him (us) and as a parent it was my duty to try my best to make sure my son was buying a safe, reliable vehicle. Genilini's mechanic reviewed the truck but they also let me drive it down to my mechanic so that he could look it over. Gentilini had their mechanic fix everything that was wrong with the truck! Even though this wasn't a big ticket purchase I feel that Emil and Gentilini were every bit as attentive as if we were buying a $50k vehicle. I'm an old-fashioned kind of guy and I value honesty, integrity, and courtesy. Both Emil and Gentilini demonstrated these traits. I'm quick to castigate a business or contractor who doesn't display them but I feel it's just as important to spend at least as much effort spreading the word about businesses that conduct themselves honorably. The next time we need a vehicle, be it used or new, my first call will be to Emil at Gentilini. More

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't meet with Tom; However, Frank then set me up with Dave and what a guy! Dave is straightforward and to the point, extremely knowledgeable, with a great personality to boot. He made me feel very comfortable and put my first time car buying jitters to rest. Excellent fast service! My fiance's car was damaged by a tree during a wind storm. We needed a new vehicle right away. A family member recommended Gentilini. I looked them up online that night, found a vehicle I was interested in and filed out an online credit app. I received a secure message from Frank who put information in for me, and made my appointment the next day with Ted and Dave. When I arrived the vehicle I wanted was already waiting for me to test drive. I tested it loved and got a really good deal with in 2 hours. Everything was taken care of! The company is only allowed 1 person in the showroom so the wait time wasn't bad. The employees were very accommodating, asked if I was hungry, etc. Dave and Ted were easy to talk too. They answered all of my questions and if I needed anything to ask them and don't hesitate to ask. Dave called me five days later to check up on my satisfaction and I am completely satisfied! More
