Easy, Quick, Pleasent After my older vehicle was no longer economical to keep fixing, I was in the market for an efficient AWD vehicle that could transport all of my stuff After my older vehicle was no longer economical to keep fixing, I was in the market for an efficient AWD vehicle that could transport all of my stuff and deal with the roads of New England. Center Subaru was a pleasant drive away and they immediately accommodated us. I was looking for a manual transmission Crosstrek, unfortunately they did not have it at the time. Instead they improvised and provided the 2020 Impreza with a 5MT that was very similar to the Crosstrek so I could get a feel for the Subaru MT. They tossed us the keys and allowed us to drive the car for as long as we wanted to really get to feel the car. It was an overall great experience and our salesman, Nick, did an amazing job to get us all the necessary paperwork in a quick manner. Overall, a solid experience that I'd recommend to everyone. 12/10 Would Recommend I drove a 2015 Subaru Forester and decided it was time for an upgrade. My boyfriend and I decided to go to Center Subaru since it was close to my work I drove a 2015 Subaru Forester and decided it was time for an upgrade. My boyfriend and I decided to go to Center Subaru since it was close to my work. We were welcomed in by Michael Fortin, who said he could not help us at that time, but walked us to the information desk, who told us a service representative would be with us in a few moments. Mike Persechino came over, introduced himself to us and invited us over to his desk. He gave me the bad news off the bad that Subaru had no new inventory for either 2019 or 2020 that offered a manual transmission. Mike, however, offered me other products like the Impreza or to stick with a Forester it would have to be an automatic. He was quick, efficient, and personalized the service. I was able to decide on a car with Mike's help and was able to take it for a test drive. Although it was not what I originally wanted, I was incredibly happy with it. James was also very helpful with the credit paperwork and was very friendly. I also had to bring my car back the next morning to have my auto-start installed, they had a loaner car available for me to drive to work. After all the work was done, Mike drove my car up and brought me my keys. I have already recommended Center Subaru to multiple people I know as their customer service is above and beyond. Thank you all so much for the help in getting my new 2020 Subaru! More
