Follow up needs work. The car buying process itself went reasonably good. The reason why I am only giving 3 stars is that when we received the car, we soon realized that o The car buying process itself went reasonably good. The reason why I am only giving 3 stars is that when we received the car, we soon realized that our new vehicle was never properly detailed and gotten ready for delivery. I can understand that this can happen. My issue was that after I brought this problem up with the salesperson he kind of brushed it off and did not offer to try to correct it. After the conversation with the salesperson, I decided to spend $250 to get my new car properly detailed. This last part just ruined the pleasure and the smell of getting a new car. More

He had the vehicle ready to go when I arrived for a test drive. Although Torrington was out of the way, I would travel there again!
