The plates were transferred and the taxes paid, so no trip to DMV was needed. The one area for improvement is that when my husband and I were done, no one walked us out to the lot to show us where the car was. It would be a nice touch, on a January night, to get into a warm and running car. More

I went to a Subaru dealer near me and found what was close to the near-perfect Subaru for me. When discussing with my mechanic, he thought the mileage was too high for a car that young. I did some additional research and found cars at the same price-point with half as much miles. I went to Center Subaru in Torrington at the urging of a friend. 

Nick greeted me and welcomed me to the dealership. This encounter was like seeing a friend you hadn’t seen in quite some time and he was showing you where he worked. He gave me a quick tour so I would know where to find things. This particular dealership is just like the Lexus dealership I was going to in Los Angeles. After the tour, Nick and I discussed what I wanted in a car and what my price-point was. We went outside and he showed me several cars that met my needs, and we looked at options so I could see what else was available to me. 

The test drive was terrific. Nick’s route has city driving and highway so I could see what the car was capable of. Upon returning to the dealership, we discussed payment options and price. There was never a hard sell, it was all 100% information. Even with all my questions, Nick didn’t lose patience. He and his team gave me a fair deal on my trade-in. Each step, Nick made everything easy. It was so easy, I was able to drive away in my new-to-me 2016 Subaru. I bright back my trade-in title the next day and with it, I had questions for Greg. He had explained everything well during the purchase and close of my 2016 Subaru, but naturally when you talk to more people, questions come up. Greg answered all my new questions and mad me feel doubly confident with all my choices. 

I highly recommend Center Subaru of Torrington and would encourage people to go there when they need to purchase a car, and if possible, they should go find Nick. More

I was expecting the typical hard sell...the many time-consuming, irritating, iterations of..."Let me check with my manager"....I am pleased to say that was not the case at Cente hard sell...the many time-consuming, irritating, iterations of..."Let me check with my manager"....I am pleased to say that was not the case at Center Subaru. Nick listened and answered our questions. I had a concern about a noise in the brakes; he got a technician to ride with us to reassure us the noise was normal. While there were offerings of "after-market, raise the price add-ons ", they were just that...offerings, not hard sell. I also appreciated Nick's explanations of the various car functions. He took it slow, which was what I needed. I am relieved and happy to have my new used Subaru from Center. More
