not as bad as i thought it would be my beloved 1995 car stopped working; had to get another. knew i wanted a Forester ( had a Subaru in the past, & liked it, wanted to go back to the bra my beloved 1995 car stopped working; had to get another. knew i wanted a Forester ( had a Subaru in the past, & liked it, wanted to go back to the brand - i obviously drive a car until it can't go on any longer ! ). surfing the internet, writing down all the low mileage/few yrs. old models that appealed to me. lots of work, as options were all over the state ! started the "in person" search in Torrington ( i live in SW CT, Torrington was a hike ). the # 1 choice i wanted to see had sold just that same morning- saw a comparable choice- not thrilled with the outside colour, but everything else was good for me- i hate making decisions, had a cold, but needed a car. was going to visit multiple dealerships, but Josh was persistant in getting me a car that day - there was the usual back & forth, & having to check with the boss- but overall, i feel like Josh was being fair with me- he also took care of my registration & insurance transfers, so i could drive the car home (saving me a trip back ). i know there are additional "fees" added to any car sale, and the certification i wanted added to the overall cost, but i am happy with my choice - here in New England, there seems to be a limited number of used Subarus- since the sale, Josh has been in contact with me to review any questions or concerns - he is enthusiastic about the brand ( me too ) & was good to work with- and has answered questions that have come up since the sale- getting back to me quickly, or leaving the info in a message on my phone- doesn't leave you hanging waiting to hear back from him- THANKS JOSH More
