The references I received turned out to be entirely true, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the beginning, all of the individuals I spoke with were courteous and knowledgeable, and never made any of my requests or questions seem like a chore. My salesman, Chris Miller, stayed in constant contact with me throughout the purchase process, as I was pre-ordering a vehicle and had close to a 2 month wait on the car. He was quick to respond to any emails or voicemails I would leave, and took the initiative to check in with me even if there wasn't a new update on the vehicle or timeline. I would say without question that Center Subaru would be the spot where I buy any of my future vehicles from. More

Center Subaru I travelled 70 miles to look at the '07 Outback Impreza I had seen on Auto-Trader.com and had intended to look at another car 30 miles further on the I travelled 70 miles to look at the '07 Outback Impreza I had seen on Auto-Trader.com and had intended to look at another car 30 miles further on the same trip. I was very impressed w/ the car tho I had hoped to purchase a car w/ less miles than the 131k on this one. Having owned 3 other Subarus, I'm aware that the motors last easily twice that. Joe Kolosky was very personable and helpful w/ all my questions. I was also warmly greeted and assisted By William Glanville, whom I had corresponded with online. The asking price was fair tho the trade-in value of my '03 Outback Sport was less than I had anticipated. I was aware that trade-ins commonly bring less money than a private sale but all things considered, it would have been a large headache to accomplish everything including the logistics of getting to Center Subaru from my home. I made a counter offer to Joe w/ the assurance that, if accepted , I would not visit the other dealership that I had planned on, and finalize the deal. Joe was uncertain if mgmt. would go for it but Joe helped my cause by reiterating to mgmt. the distance I had come and the fact that my offer was not too far from theirs. In the end they accepted and the car has been great. One criticism: Their was some rust inside the gas filler door that I didn't like and Joe assured me the shop would take care of it. Well, it bled back thru in only a few days so I contacted Joe regarding this and that for my 1st service visit I would hope Center Subaru would make good on the rust repair at no charge. He assured me that they absolutely would. All in all, it was a very relaxed buying experience, thanks to William Glanville and especially Joe Kolosky. More
