Joe Kenney was my salesperson, and he took his time explaining to me all the features of the Outback, along with the financing options. He's a good man, and I'm sure Center Subaru will always be glad he's around. The dealership itself is a nicely laid out, clean and attractive. The old Subaru in the lobby is a terrific touch, since it's just like my first Subaru! James the finance person took his time explaining the various add-ons, and never pressured me to purchase something I didn't want.
