Facing renting a car for at least a couple of months, thereby spending wasted $$, we decided to buy a new car. The trade in was in my estimation a little ungenerous but in general the transaction was very satisfactory and we are very much enjoying the new car. Ron Voisine took excellent care of us and did a good job showing my husband how to work the various gadgets. It’s never a great experience buying a car—takes longer than you think and requires two visits—but really it was pretty painless. More
I bought my 2021 for an oil change and asked for them to reset my backup camera which had stopped working. I shared that I had been using the camera for two years but did not want to wait any longer on a Saturday morning. I went home, looked on YouTube and fixed the settings myself for the backup camera to "On" in three seconds. Nice service department but disappointing visit. More

Very disappointing. I'm the market for a new car. I decided to go to Gengras Subaru Being that I I currently have a Subaru and have been very pleased with my car. Not I'm the market for a new car. Now its time to look at what the numbers would look like. This sales person would not show me numbers unless I was committed to buying the car right then and there. It blew my mind. If I'm in your store test driving a car, I'm not doing that because I have nothing better to do. This salesman would not do numbers with me. So I walked out. I went to another dealership. After test driving a car, I asked about what the numbers would look like. This dealership had no problem giving my three different scenarios so I know exactly what I'm looking at. I don't know of any place that would deny me this. So they got my business. Spending 30,000+ on something, I assume you'd want to know exactly what your note would be, the term, and different options. Not to mention that Gengras gave me a very poor trade-in value. The other dealership was 4,000 above what Gengras offered. Gengras salesman tried to give me some xx reason as to why the trade-in offer was so low. I didn't buy it. They lack transparency and their sales tactics are designed to pressure the buyer. More

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Gengras Subaru. When we came to pick up the vehicle and do the final paperwork we noticed some issues with the vehicle that we hadn’t noticed before. We brou Subaru. When we came to pick up the vehicle and do the final paperwork we noticed some issues with the vehicle that we hadn’t noticed before. We brought it to their attention and got our salesman, the service manager and the sales manager involved. They promised they “would make it right”. The dealership went above and beyond to make us happy. I would easily go back for any future purchases and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. In and out of the dealership in 1 hour 34 minutes for a 30,000-mile service. Pretty efficient for this type of service, and appreciated Post-service, I raised a concern about billing.
