Great start! I had been searching for a new Legacy and Center Subaru kept coming up as one of the dealership I should consider. I live in NY about 60 miles away but for a good deal its worth the ride. I met Frank Marchion late one evening and he discussed my needs and he showed me what he had to offer. He was very low key and I didn't feel pressured to make any quick decisions. He told me about their LIFETIME drive train warranty and I was sold. Frank had to bring in a model with the features I wanted but had it there in two days. Bottom line is the buying experience was a complete pleasure! I would highly recommend Frank AND Center Subaru to anyone. My opinion is that service is more important than the buying experience long term. So I found several colleagues at work have bought and serviced Subaru's at Center Subaru for years. Every one of them highly recommended Center Subaru for their fantastic service. Pleasant experience. A few days later they called and I rushed down to see the car. The salesman I had been in contact with, Ray Demirali, had the car ready for me to view and test drive. After looking over the car we made a deal; it was quick and painless. It also helps the car was priced right from the start and not jacked up like most dealers tend to do. Everyone at the dealer was extremely friendly and pleasant and overall it was a painless experience as it should be. More

He also worked closely with the management team, particularly Joe Cabrera, who ensured that we received a generous trade in value on my former car and facilitated a seamless encounter from start to finish.
