Tracy was very helpful in showing me the new features of a Subaru Outback and then sent me on a test drive by myself. It was nice to have a chance to drive this vehicle without someone "looking over my shoulder". After the test drive, Tracy spent over an hour with me answering my many questions. He was very patient and not at all high pressure. While I did not yet purchase a car, I hope to work with Tracy again in the near future.
