Center Subaru worked with a local glass supplier to replace my windshield and recalibrate the Eyesight system. The service rep (Mark Orcutt) was pleasant and efficient. I bought my car from this dealership. I felt rushed through the process and was not given time to ask questions. I mainly go for oil changes now, but during my recent visit my tire tread and brake pads through the process and was not given time to ask questions. I mainly go for oil changes now, but during my recent visit my tire tread and brake pads "grew." This also happened to my parents a while back, which they attributed to the express service. I have purposely been choosing to not use the express service for this reason, but I guess it doesn't make a difference. They both are making the same mistakes. They also would have billed me for a tire rotation had I not compared the report to the previous and noted that no rotation was done, which they then refunded me. They also forgot to put the oil reminder sticker in my window this time. It seems like they don't pay attention to details. These little things, are slowly degrading on my trust of the dealership. I am a new customer to Center Subaru coming from another Subaru dealership. My first service visit was excellent. Mark Orcutt, the service advisor, explained everything that would be done during this servic Subaru dealership. My first service visit was excellent. Sal took time and went over all the amenities, linked my phone and made sure I knew how to operate all of my amenities before I drove off with a full tank of gas and license plates installed. We always get great service here. Everyone is courteous and competent. During Covid their service continues at the same level, even without the free coffee and snacks. I didn't have an appointment and the service department still got my daughters car in for service. Problem was diagnosed and repaired in 90 minutes.
