thorough service I recently had an issue with my 2016 outback that was originally intermittent under warranty but was I was never able to reproduce when I brought it t I recently had an issue with my 2016 outback that was originally intermittent under warranty but was I was never able to reproduce when I brought it to the dealership. Later after my warranty had expired the issue with my ignition continued and Bob and the service tech were very patient in diagnosing the problem. John C was helpful in assuring me it was still a covered service. Although it took a few weeks to find and fix the issue, Bob was in contact with me weekly to let me know how things were going.
